PAST PROJECTS
Combustible Cladding Replacement
This building had very limited access which has caused us to be innovative in the manner in which the cladding is accessed and disposed of. The combustible cladding is.
PASG was engaged to assist with e-cable replacement over 26 floors. This building had been fitted throughout with e-cables which have been recalled throughout Australia due to a manufacturing fault.
Complex Remedial Project for Common Areas
A seven year old building with significant water and structural damage. In addition, the building was fitted combustible cladding which had to be removed.
Defects Inspection
PASG undertook a defects inspection of the building so the head contractor could undertake the necessary remediation works. A significant number of defects and non-compliant items were found.
A contractor was engaged to remove and replace the combustible cladding on a three-story building. As the project commenced the contractor terminated.
Significant Water Ingress
This multi-level building consists of 38 apartments and is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The building had both Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and expanded polystyrene.
